Short, Sweet, and to the Point [not really; you should know that by now]: Furuba Update!

I know it’s not even June yet [I just happen to have the time to make this post right now so I'm going to do so before I forget >.>;], but get ready for July, Furuba fans.

It’s been a long few years for Fruits Basket, following the story of Tohru Honda through the hardship of losing her mother, the comical occurrences she has with the Sohmas, and through the support {*cough*counselling sessions*cough* XD] she gives to the Zodiac members throughout the manga. We’ve watched as loves have developed, violence has been unleashed, and background stories/flashbacks have been dished out one after another. We’ve laughed, maybe cried [depending on how the story affects you], gotten pissed off, and smiled at the antics of the Sohmas, Tohru, and her classmates/friends as each volume unfolded into another. And now we prepare for the last volume of Natsuki Takaya’s [currently and to the best of my knowledge] longest running manga to unfold.

What will happen in the final volume of Fruits Basket? Nothing short of happy endings for everyone involved, I’m sure [I'm guessing this after reading volume 22 *rolls eyes* serious mush-fest there @_@], but as for specifics, only Takaya, the citizens of Japan (lucky people who can read Jap T^T. you’ve had the alst volume for a while now *sulks*], [and those who read the online manga scans a while back, shame on you!] know.

Furuba volume 23 folks. Look for it to hit amazon.com, b&n.com, Robert’s Anime Corner Store [and other anime related stores probably]/Barnes and Noble, and various other bookstore shelves…

in July.

So in July as you [if you're reading this in the US of A] put the American flags on your decks, fire up your grills, and prepare to watch the fireworks on the 4th; soak up the sun/garden outside; and hit the beaches of the East or West coast [or both if you're feeling adventurous or w/e],don’t forget that the final volume of Furuba is lurking in storehouses somewhere, until about 2 days after you fiesta on Independence Day.
